对于原生没换过工作的人来说，PERM 的 ETA-9089 表，第8页，你的签名上方就有，"I further declare under penalty of perjury that '''I intend to accept the position offered''' in Section H of this application if a labor certification is approved and I am granted a visa or '''an adjustment of status''' based on this application"。其中前者的 granted a visa 指境外CP获得移民签证，后者指 I-485 的 AOS 申请。

那么，这里的重点就是 intend to：是否在签字时 intend to 就够了，还是说这个 intend to 需要以实际行动证明，比如批卡后真的为这家公司工作一段时间，否则会导致 USCIS 来质疑这个 intent，导致绿卡被撤销？按照 INA 246，USCIS 可以在 I-485 批准后五年内撤销绿卡。

那么，这里的重点就是 intend to：是否在签字时 intend to 就够了，还是说这个 intend to 需要以实际行动证明，比如批卡后真的为这家公司工作一段时间，否则会导致 USCIS 来质疑这个 intent，导致绿卡被撤销？按照 INA 246，USCIS 可以在 I-485 批准后五年内，撤销错误发放的绿卡。如果被认为当初申请是 fraud，则无追溯期限，随时发现随时可以走流程。

一般的建议是：

*如果被裁，那么无所谓，这不是你的错，你完全可以宣称你有 intent，但公司不要你了

*重大事件导致的变化，比如家人生病等，完全可以导致当初的 intent 改变
