那么，这里的重点就是 intend to ：是否在签字时 intend to 就够了，还是说这个 intend to 需要以实际行动证明，比如批卡后真的为这家公司工作一段时间 ，否则会导致 USCIS 来质疑这个 intent，导致绿卡被撤销 ？按照 INA 246，USCIS 可以在 I-485 批准后五年内撤销绿卡。
一般的建议是：
*如果被裁，那么无所谓，这不是你的错，你完全可以宣称你有 intend intent ，但公司不要你了*重大事件导致的变化，比如家人生病等，完全可以导致当初的 intend intent 改变*工作一段短时间（几天到一两个月）：很难裁定这个 intend intent ，目前也没有任何判例。USCIS来找你茬的概率极低，并且 intend intent 也很难证明。到时候就是法庭撕逼了（虽然大概率 USCIS 也不想花这个律师费来跟你搞）。是否要立刻跳槽，根据个人情况和风险偏好，自己衡量
